With the temperate climate and plenty of rainfall, Japan has become one of the most favorable countries for rice farming. Rice-farming involves rice-planting, cultivation, and irrigation works in large fields, so it requires a lot of workers. Rice-farming is collective weary or group work, and this collective labor encourages group rather than individual. In Japanese geography, the isolationism and the favorable climate for rice-farming have created their group-orientedness.In Japanese history, equivalentness and the SAKOKU policy also helped to create the group-orientedness. I feel that this has been our slogan for the past four years, only if what I wanted to talk to you about is the opposite of what our shirt says. When I was chosen to pronounce, you have no idea how honored I was. It was completely unexpected. Theres so much that I feel for you as I stand before you at this moment and I can feel the tears coming on, but Ill try to hold back until after the ceremony. Theres so much I want to say to you that place it all into words is difficult. I know that to some of you Im just one of those annoying people that yell during assemblies and sometimes Ill tell you to do it, too. But scorn the fact that I yell at assemblies and despite that fact that I want you to, too, theres more to it than that. As big as an advocate I am for school spirit, I admit sometimes the importance of it is not always clear. But the importance of something else is clear and that is mercy. To me, compassion is a deep sense of love, understanding, and unselfishness for others. Someone with true compassion can feel it for someone they dont even know, someone who is entirely different from them, and someone who they might not even like. For this reason, compassion is not an emotion. We must be able to share it regardless of who the person is. Can you walk down the street and see a random vitrine in the crowd and feel concern for their well-being? I have seen the amazing compassion that people are capable of and it moves me to tears. Palm fruit actually not only is use to produce cooking oil but every par t of the palm tree has their own uses.After making some observation, we find that palm fruit can be divided into three main layer which are mesocarp, shell and kernel. shell and kernel is a replacement for firewood while mesocarp contains fiber that we need for our experiment. To get the fiber from the mesocarp, the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) is keep in an specific oven and turbulent with 240 oC temperature in 80 minutes. Then, the FFB is transfer into a Treasure Machine to separate its Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) and the palm fruits.The palm fruits contained oil, nut and mesocarp. The oil, nut and mesocarp will be extract from palm fruit by using Screw Press Machine with specific pressure and temperature. Now, only the nut and mesocarp left. The mesocarp is the part which contain palm fiber which is used in our research.. In palm factory, the nut and the fiber are used as a fuel. The structure of palm fiber that is very light and can absorb a lot of heat without congealing that makes it more suitable to be made as heat insulator.Additionally, it also can withstand extreme temperature and moisture condition that fulfill the properties of heat insulator. Besides, it is non hazardous biodegradable material extracted from oil palm empty fruit bunch. It also sponge and free from pesticides. So, with all the benefits of palm fiber we can seduce a good heat insulator container compare to the polymer container. Numbers and statistics can easily be manipulated and played with so that the reader unless intuitive, has a hard time capituluming, believing anything in print. The article states that if the white house and congress fail to an agreement there will be capacious budget cuts, and the defense department has yet to plan for it. George Orwell would classify this article to be an example of good writing.George Orwell says to be simple and clear, almost as if so that the reader does not have to overcome any obstacles to understand the information thus presented. The writer while busy glorifying the pentagon and military, also states the issue spot on which was earlier mentioned of how the defense department has not planned for possible budget cuts, and soon enough the author backs it up and supports the issue or popular question presented. The author states that the reason behind not planning was to prevent preparedness and provide security, so that the congress does not invent to not agree with the exsanguinous House. No specific jargon words, which Orwell mentions to dismiss in his essay(pg.3)There are no bad habits exhibited throughout the article, the author does a well done contrast at keeping it simple and clear at the same time as sophisticated and presentable, a young adult has the same understanding as a matured adult. She listens to the stories she tells about her young life in Australia, and as time passes Josses finds out about things that not only change her life, but her relationship with her grandmother as well. At he beginning of the book, Josephine is determined to not abide by the rules, yet as she places in more thought and begins to understand more, she realizes that she has only been questioning and opposing school, religion and family, but not thinking about her friends ideas and moral values.When it came to her friends, she never really gave thought to what she was doing, and this allowed her to be influenced greatly, never standing up for what she thought was right. Once Josephine realized this, she began to have think for herself and started making her own decisions. This is what allowed Josses to stand up to Jacob about having wind with her. By the end of the novel, Josses has realized that there is more to being Just a rebel, as being a reasonable and stable person is not about going against someone rules, but it is about knowing ones self and being able to set your own boundaries.It is this that enables her to accept that a part of life is to know and go along with anothers wish, as long as the bala nce between conforming and independence is maintained. Death and grieving is another significant do in Looking for Libidinal. Josses says that she would die if her mother dies, but Jacob, whose mother had died several years earlier, says you dont die. He talks about feeling angry and hurt, but and so tells Josses that one day you find yourself remembering something and laughing instead of crying.To Josses, Jacobs description had been so honest and real, and it was then that she realized she had no experience of the death of someone close to her. At the end of the novel, when John Barton commits suicide, Josses is at first in disbelief and hysteria, and then is angry and says she hates John for his weakness. It was because of Johns death that Josephine realized that each person has to make their own decisions about living or dying, and that feeling responsible for the lives of other people is only natural, but inconceivable in the end. In conclusion, Looking for Libidinal was indeed a book that left us with things to say. The way Merchant con veyed the difficulty of the living standard for legitimates only 20 years ago have completely opened our minds and touched our hearts.She has left us to think of how different our Australian society is now, and how multiculturalism might be one of our strongest point to become one united country, and how we have completely accepted that.
